Well done! We are starting the week with another unlocked stretch goal!

Get ready to print your 3 different models of Fury and use them in a mini adventure featuring 2 pieces of spot art. We are very excited to read what Jetpack7 comes up with for this one!

Next Stretch Goals

As mentioned yesterday, Xylaarion is next in line.

Shortly after that we have the winner from the last poll:

The past poll was the tightest one with a couple of votes more for Ilizinnii. 

However, even if this is a close call, as you can see, Ilizinnii was more popular than Salathiir in the nominations for the next stretch goals so it seems fair and square that Ilizinni is next. Let's keep sharing the campaign link so all dragons can be unlocked!

The Kobolds have not being widely popular even though they have been requested in Discord (Draco Studios server here and Jetpack7 server here). So now we are bundling them together as 1 stretch goal for the 3 different models in the book (The Brute, The Schemer, and The Scoundrel). 

In addition, we haven't included one of the dragons in the book (Immryg-Umryss) because the illustration shows the dragon in the background. But at this point, with the slight possibility of unlocking all dragons in the campaign, we are including it. (The graphic in the campaign description will be updated soon)

You can now vote for Stretch Goal #13 between Naghi and Balleg and keep nominating for stretch goals #14 and #15:

Pre Supported files

We have been hearing your petitions to include pre-supported files as an add-on or Stretch Goal. While this adds a lot of extra complexity to the file preparation, we have been discussing with our tech team to include a feature that will allow users to upload their supported files. This can be even more helpful; having a wide range of different-sized printer models (beds) makes difficult to offer a single pre-supported setting but with a feature like this, you could find a setting that matches your needs. 

All of this is still in discussion but as we have replied in the comments, we want to keep you updated about this.Also, we are working on some additional features in LAIR that will decrease the learning curve for new 3D printer users. We are here to help!

Remember that we will upload a solid version and a keyed split version for all large models.

New Add-on

Yesterday we announced something about an Easter Egg hint for this, or Dragon Egg hunt. Maybe we mixed up some words. But you will see. Hopefully, this week we will have everything ready to introduce it. Meanwhile, you can share with us some of your most memorable RPG adventures involving dragons.

SG9: Zuth unlocked!

Another Stretch Goal unlocked during the weekend! 14 models included in your Bundle!

The Eternal. Zuth represents the force of opposites and harmonious balance. Zuth is nature's enormous and ultimate expression of impersonal will to correct dysfunction. Communication with Zuth is difficult for being in the form of telepathic imagery and animal emotions. Zuth cannot be destroyed forever; it may take centuries, but eventually, an exact duplicate will always return to continue with Nature's incomprehensible cullings.

Next Stretch Goals  

As announced before, Jetpack7 will create a small RPG adventure for Fury, we may be able to unlock this mid-campaign stretch goal today as well!  

 After that we will continue with the dragons. The one who won in the last poll has its complexity and will require extra revisions but we are confident about being able to deliver a terrific model, let's just focus on reaching this stretch goal!

We have just received the first pictures of Dehrilya's bust to unlock Dräken. Remember to post a picture of your print, tag us in social media and include the campaign link. SG8: Kiennavalyriss unlocked!

Hello!

We have reached the mid point of the campaign and your STL bundle now includes 13 models! That's impressive! Let's keep it up and we might model all Legendary Dragons from Jetpack7.

The Keeper of Secrets.  With a duty to safeguard the lore inside the Alabaster Halls, Kiennavalyriss has embraced the library as her legacy. Divine blood runs through her mortal form which has leaved her with partial deafness. However, the halls are built in such a way that it is easy to spot intruders and, being a formidable spellcaster, Kiennavalyriss knows how to even the odds against intruders, including the ability to cast supernatural silence.

Next stretch goals

As mentioned in the past update, the next 2 stretch goals include another Legendary Dragon 3D model and then an RPG mini adventure for a Dragon of your choice. It is awesome to see your involvement in these polls and learning which are the dragons you are rooting for. We are glad to see you are enjoying this activity as well!

 Congratulations for everyone who has been rooting for Zuth since many days ago! We will try to make this model as big as possible and make justice to Jetpack7's concept of this unique dragon.  

 Fury was the most popular option for the RPG mini adventure! Surely, her three 3D models will bring surprising reactions to your gaming table! Don't worry if your favorite Dragon didn't win this poll, we are sure your 3D prints for Legendary Dragons will find a place in your homebrew campaigns and adventures! And we can't wait to hear your stories and see pictures of those moments!

All the sculpts for stretch goals will be reviewed by our team in order to create the split version and optimize the solid version for 3D printing but we will be sharing the progress with you as we receive the renders for the stretch goals sculpts.

SG7: Tyrnin unlocked! + Backers' Choice: RPG adventure!

Hello!

Another model unlocked! Impressive! Your STL Bundle now includes 12 models!

Born evil from an abandoned dysik egg. Two diabolical heads, one of them silver, the other black, caused this dragon to eat twice as much and become stronger twice as fast. If a single fire-breathing dragon already depicts a beast of destruction, Tyrnin supposes a relentless threat with multiple breath weapons.

At Lair and Draco Studios, we were really excited about this dragon since the illustration was made by Tom Babbey, who is the concept artist for all the Dragons of the Red Moon and art director in the upcoming Dragonbond Wargame. The sculptor creating this model will be Axolote Gaming, same sculptor as all the Dragons of the Red Moon. This one will be a double-beauty! Two heads in Tyrnin, two talented artists joining forces once again to create an impressive 3D model!

More screenshots of the new sculpts that are in progress! This time we have Fury in her standing pose. This one still has some revisions, especially in the back to let those wings come out naturally. But so far it is looking very good!

SG6: Balaur unlocked!

Yet another day with another model unlocked! You are awesome!

A Beast of War. Captured and subject of a wizard's dark fascinations within an enchanted tower, Balaur was cruelly vivisected and stripped of all his scales. Eventually, the dragon snapped and devoured the wizard. A band of duergars found Balaur inside the unprotected tower and they offered to rehabilitate him with a new armor in exchange of having the dragon march with their army.

We have a new social goal: CALLING ALL 3D PRINTERS FOR A PRINTING CHALLENGE!

• Download Dehrilya's bust FREE STL file here or by clicking in the image below.
• Print Dehrilya's bust and share it in social media* (public settings) including the link for Legendary Dragons 3D campaign (this campaign) and tagging Lair or Draco Studios.
• Your print doesn't need to be painted to participate, but if you paint it, you will get a chance to win** a Dragons of the Red Moon dice-set prize!

* Go extra mile by sharing your picture in a Facebook group. 

**We will take decision of the winning piece but likes in your post might help in case of a tie or tough choice.

Depending on the amount of painted submissions we might offer a dice-set to a random winner as well. So regardless of skill, everyone will get a chance to win.
